Min Maung Soe has been technical chief of YTP and he has over 19 years of professional experience in IT and ISP businesses. He received an MBA from the Graduate School of Business, Assumption University, Thailand. He received his Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and Diploma in Computer Network Engineering from local Universities and colleges and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® from Project Management Institute (PMI). He is experienced in project planning, execution, and operation & maintenance of Dial-Up, Wireless Local Loop, Wi-Max, xDSL, Ku/C band Satellite, FTTx technologies, ISP Core Network, and BSS/OSS. He is also an EC member and Treasurer
