About Nilar Aye

Dr.Nilar Aye has more than 25 years of experience in IT and Telecommunications industry. She has got Master of Advanced Science and Engineering degree from Ritsumeikan University, Japan and P.hD (IT) degree from University of Computer Studies, Yangon. Nilar Aye has various field of experience not only technical related, but also sales and marketing of ICT products, teaching and project management experience working for ICT Development Master Plan project and other overseas projects. Nilar Aye is an executive committee member of Myanmar Computer Professional Association and secretary of Myanmar KOICA Club.
